Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.


Shipping Times

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are:

  • New Zealand & Australia: 7–12 business days

  • United States & Canada: 7–15 business days

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location.


Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update after shipment.


Delays & External Factors

While we strive to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including:

  • Customs processing

  • Postal service delays

  • High demand periods

Alyraen is not responsible for delays caused by these external factors.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it:

  • Please check with neighbors or your local courier

  • Contact the shipping carrier for further assistance

Alyraen is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.
